Walkthrough / Estimate

During the walkthrough we will follow you through your home and talk about what, specifically, you are looking for. What areas to focus on, what areas to avoid, your pet peeves, the products we use and your pets are all areas that we will cover. We will take notes and ask questions. We may take a second look around just to make sure that nothing was missed. We will provide you with an estimate and availability at the end of our walkthrough. If you have had a cleaner or cleaning service recently, we may ask you what you are used to paying to determine if we can work with what you are used to paying.

Preparing For The Cleaning

Please pick up any items off of the floor and de-clutter dressers and counters as much as possible. Any sensitive information should be stored out of sight. Please allow for air conditioning at a reasonable temp for summer and heat at a reasonable temp in winter. Please keep sidewalks and driveways clear of snow and ice to allow for safe travel for our staff. If there are areas in your home to avoid or areas on special interest, please leave us a note.

First Cleaning

Typically the first cleaning is when you will see the most change. If we are doing our job properly, we should be able to maintain your home or office with ease going forward.The first cleaning is usually a deep clean and takes the longest and sometimes, the entire job cannot be completed the first time. Usually we know this ahead of time and will make a plan to complete your job over multiple days. Seeing excess dust after the first deep cleaning is not uncommon. We stir up a lot of dust and settling can happen. We may recommend that you change your furnace filter if we notice a dust issue.

We will follow up after the first cleaning. Please let us know if any areas were overlooked. We will solve the problem whether it be on our next schedule cleaning or by special appointment.

Subsequent Cleanings

Subsequent cleanings can be more of a maintenance clean.Additional services may be completed during these cleanings.

Specialty Services

Please plan on scheduling specialty services ahead of time. Specialty services are typically more time consuming and may affect the amount of work we can complete at your property. We will do our best to provide a time estimate during the scheduling process, however, tasks may take longer than anticipated.

One Time Cleans

Typically these are quoted hourly. The goal is to complete as much as we can in the time allotted. Depending on the size of the property and the amount of dirt, one time cleans may take more than one day.
